Predicting the Top 10 Offenses in EA Sports College Football 26

EA Sports brought back their beloved college football video game last year, and recently announced that the ’26 edition will be dropping in July.

The most fun part of any football video game is offense, and using a team with a good offense can lead you to finding success in any game mode. These are the teams I expect to have the best and overpowered offenses in EA Sports College Football 26.

Predicting the 10 Best Offenses in EA Sports College Football 26

    10) SMU Mustangs

The SMU Mustangs should have a great offense heading into next season, and the game should reflect that. Quarterback Kevin Jennings should have a high overall, and the Mustangs brought in some key additions on offense to replace the talent that left. I expect the Ponies to have a top offense in the game.

    9) Oklahoma Sooners

I don’t know if there is an offense that is more revamped than the Sooners heading into next season. Adding John Mateer, as well as bringing back Gavin Sawchuck, should see Oklahoma boasting a high offense overall.

    8) Alabama Crimson Tide

Alabama should have a high-powered offense next season. While quarterback is going to be a question mark for the Tide, Ryan Williams and Isaiah Horton should be one of the best wide receiver duos in the game. Not to mention that Bama has an elite offensive line.

    7) Ohio State Buckeyes

Ohio State has some major questions at quarterback and running back, but will still have Jeremiah Smith, who should be in the high 90s, as well as a fantastic offensive line. They won’t be as overpowered as last year, but should still be in the top ten.

    6) Clemson Tigers

The Clemson Tigers should have one of the highest overall quarterbacks in the game in Cade Klubnik, and have an elite receiving corps. That on top of the offensive line should make it so that Clemson has a very high overall on the offensive side of the ball.

    5) Texas Longhorns

The Texas Longhorns have a great backfield with both Arch Manning and CJ Baxter returning in 2025. Those two combined with a young, but talented receiving core, along with their offensive line, should make them one of the top offenses in the game.

    4) Miami Hurricanes

Despite losing Cam Ward, I expect Miami’s offense to be very good both in real life and in the game next year. Miami had the most high-powered offense in all of college football last season, and they replaced Ward with Carson Beck, who I expect to still have a high overall in the game. They also have arguably the best offensive line in college football.

    3) Oregon Ducks

The Oregon Ducks lost Dillon Gabriel and some other big offensive weapons, but have Dante Moore and Evan Stewart and brought in Mekhi Hughes. Expect the Ducks offense to be great in the new edition of the game and a top three unit.

    2) LSU Tigers

The LSU Tigers return Garrett Nussmeier and Caden Durham and brought in three transfer portal starters at receiver, with Nic Anderson headlining the group. LSU had a top offense in the game last year, and I only expect it to be better this season.

    1) Penn State Nittany Lions

Not only does Penn State have a great offensive line, but they are returning Drew Allar, Kaytron Allen, and Nick Singleton, who should all be an 89 or better in the game.

They also brought in Trebor Pena in the portal, who had nearly 1,000 for Syracuse last season. This unit is the best in college football and should be the best in the game.
