Our rankings below combine rankings from the big four recruiting websites: 247Sports, ESPN, On3, and Rivals.

    1) Jordan Seaton, IMG Academy

    College: Colorado
    Hometown: Washington, D.C.
    Height: 6’5″
    Weight: 295
    On3 Position Rank: 1
    247 Position Rank: 2
    ESPN Position Rank: 1
    Rivals Position Rank: 1
    Consensus Rank: 1

Seaton has recently seen his recruitment take off, culminating with committing to Deion Sanders’ Colorado squad in early December. He chose the Buffalos over teams like Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.

He wasn’t always at the top of the rankings, but every recruiting site except 247 has moved him into the top spot in their respective offensive line rankings.

    2) Brandon Baker, Mater Dei High School

    College: Texas
    Hometown: Santa Ana, CA
    Height: 6’4.5″
    Weight: 295
    On3 Position Rank: 7
    247 Position Rank: 1
    ESPN Position Rank: 3
    Rivals Position Rank: 2
    Consensus Rank: 2

Baker likely projects as a right tackle at the next level and has been at the forefront of the recruiting scene for years. He received his first offer as a sophomore when Michigan extended one, followed by dozens of high-profile visits.

Baker committed to Texas in late September and has visited multiple times. He appears locked in with the Longhorns and will sign on Early Signing Day.

    3) Josiah Thompson, Dillon High School

    College: South Carolina
    Hometown: Dillon, SC
    Height: 6’6″
    Weight: 275
    On3 Position Rank: 2
    247 Position Rank: 3
    ESPN Position Rank: 6
    Rivals Position Rank: 4
    Consensus Rank: 3

Thompson’s talent was evident from a young age, and the Gamecocks were the first to offer way back before his sophomore season. Since then, he’s been a fixture on South Carolina’s campus, visiting over two dozen times and committing to the Gamecocks in the spring of 2023.

Thompson is physically gifted and has the height and frame to be an elite left tackle. He’ll need to add weight but will enroll early and begin to build more muscle with South Carolina in early January.

    4) Guerby Lambert, Catholic Memorial High School

    College: Notre Dame
    Hometown: West Roxbury, MA
    Height: 6’6″
    Weight: 290
    On3 Position Rank: 4
    247 Position Rank: 7
    ESPN Position Rank: 5
    Rivals Position Rank: 3
    Consensus Rank: 4

Lambert is a high-academic tackle from Massachusetts. He holds offers from all over the country but locked in with the Fighting Irish in mid-September. On3, in particular, has moved Lambert up in their rankings, citing his improvement as a pass blocker.

He’s a road-grader in the running game and projects as a talented right tackle for the Fighting Irish. He’s been quiet in recruiting but should sign with Notre Dame during the Early Signing Period.

    5) Casey Poe, Lindale High School

    College: Alabama
    Hometown: Lindale, TX
    Height: 6’4.5″
    Weight: 290
    On3 Position Rank: 1
    247 Position Rank: 4
    ESPN Position Rank: 3
    Rivals Position Rank: 3
    Consensus Rank: 1

The first interior offensive lineman on this list, Poe’s position is boosted by On3’s ranking. However, the other three recruiting services rank him within their top 150 prospects.

Poe projects as a guard at the next level and grew up a huge Alabama fan. It surprised few within the industry when Poe committed to the Crimson Tide in July, and he has not wavered since.

    6) Jason Zandamela, Clearwater International High School

    College: USC
    Hometown: Clearwater, FL
    Height: 6’2.5″
    Weight: 285
    On3 Position Rank: 9
    247 Position Rank: 1
    ESPN Position Rank: 1
    Rivals Position Rank: 1
    Consensus Rank: 2

On3’s outlier ranking pushes Zandamela down the positional rankings. However, that service has him in line with Rivals and ESPN’s overall ranking due to the sheer number of highly-ranked interior linemen in their top 150. All three services have him in the 140-250 range overall.

Zandamela committed to USC in late June, and the Trojans have had to hold off a late push from Florida State. That said, Zandamela looks poised to sign with the Trojans during the early signing period.

    7) Weston Davis, Beaumont United High School

    College: LSU
    Hometown: Beaumont, TX
    Height: 6’5.5″
    Weight: 285
    On3 Position Rank: 3
    247 Position Rank: 27
    ESPN Position Rank: 37
    Rivals Position Rank: 9
    Consensus Rank: 5

Here’s where our recruiting services begin to differ. On3, as it tends to do more often than other sites, is an outlier here, with Davis as its 3rd-ranked offensive tackle. Originally a star basketball player, Davis transitioned to the gridiron two years ago and has found his best sport.

Davis committed to LSU in late October over offers from Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Alabama, among others.

    8) Grant Brix, Logan-Magnolia High School

    College: Nebraska
    Hometown: Logan, IA
    Height: 6’6″
    Weight: 280
    On3 Position Rank: 2
    247 Position Rank: 15
    ESPN Position Rank: 10
    Rivals Position Rank: 6
    Consensus Rank: 3

Brix has some positional versatility, and though he played right tackle in high school, a few of the recruiting services list him as an interior lineman. Brix has a nasty streak, and though he may need some time in a college strength program, he projects as a strong run blocker at the next level.

Brix committed to the Cornhuskers over a final four, including Kansas State, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

    9) Andrew Sprague, Rockhurst High School

    College: Michigan
    Hometown: Kansas City, MO
    Height: 6’8″
    Weight: 295
    On3 Position Rank: 10
    247 Position Rank: 4
    ESPN Position Rank: 18
    Rivals Position Rank: 17
    Consensus Rank: 6

247 is the highest on the massive tackle prospect from Kansas City. Michigan was among the first to offer Sprague after his sophomore year when he was known more for his ability as a basketball player. As he started to add weight during his junior year, more teams jumped in.

Michigan picked up his commitment in early April and hasn’t wavered since then. He’ll play in the All-America Bowl in January.

    10) Cooper Cousins, McDowell High School

    College: Penn State
    Hometown: Erie, PA
    Height: 6’6″
    Weight: 305
    On3 Position Rank: 5
    247 Position Rank: 2
    ESPN Position Rank: 12
    Rivals Position Rank: 12
    Consensus Rank: 4

Despite his size, Cousins is considered by many to be a center prospect, as On3’s Charles Power had this to say about Cousins. “If we’re looking at pure center prospects – if he’s still considered a center by Penn State – he’s probably the best center prospect in the cycle.”

That’s high praise from an excellent scout. Cousins was the first commit in Penn State’s class, pledging to the Nittany Lions in January of 2022 and never wavering since.

    Weight: 270
    On3 Position Rank: 7
    247 Position Rank: 8
