How Many Teams Play in the SEC?
With conference realignment chatter dominating the offseason, the SEC went into 2023 unchanged. Though it will ultimately look different when Texas and Oklahoma join the SEC in 2024, the current 14 member universities of the Southeastern Conference have remained the same since Missouri and Texas A&M joined in 2012.
