WASHINGTON COMMANDERS: Ohio State Buckeyes defensive end JT Tuimoloau (44) celebrates after defeating Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the College Football Playoff championship game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Jan. 21, 2025.
Just to make sure there are no loose ends, the Eagles could very well decide to sure up the edge-rusher position in the second round.
This may be the case because Pro Bowl edge-rusher Josh Sweat is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason.
In case the Eagles lose him, they might need some help there.
Tuimoloau, a three-time first-team All-Big Ten selection, recorded a career-high 12.5 sacks this season enroute to helping the Ohio State Buckeyes win the national title.
Adding the 6'5", 270-pound Washington native could be the right call here.
